In accordance with the requirements of the “Open Public Meetings Law”, Chapter 231, of the Public Laws of 1975 of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., the Board of Commissioners of the Authority announces that the Regular Meeting Dates, Time and Locations are as follows:
The Meetings will commence at 7:00 P.M., prevailing time. All Meetings will be held at the specified locations above listed, Adams Gardens Community Room (220 Adams Street), Monroe Gardens Community Room (221 Jackson Street) and Fox Hill Gardens Community Room (311 13th Street), Hoboken, New Jersey 07030. Action may be taken with respect to all Authority matters at such Meetings without further specific prior notice. In addition, the Board of Commissioners from time to time may call Special Meetings.
Furthermore, the Annual Re-Organization Board Meeting of the Authority will be held at 6:30 p.m. preceding the May Board Meeting at Monroe Gardens Community Room, 221 Jackson Street, Hoboken, New Jersey.
